Shipping & Delivery
Order processing and shipping typically occurs within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified. Merchandise is shipped via Ground (approximately 2-5 days deliver).  All orders are subject to credit approval. Please be advised that products may come in multiple shipments so merchandise may not be delivered all at the same time. Shipping fees vary and are determined by weight of package. For special shipping requests please contact us. MINIMAINS offers same day delivery for orders in Manhattan.

When you register with us we also may ask for additional information in the section called my account, but you have the option not to provide it. We gather this information in order to send you information about products, sales and promotions that may be of interest to you.

Our online customer service chat is available 24/7 for immediate inquiries. When you submit a question to customer service, we need your email address to respond, and you also may provide us with various types of information to allow us to best answer your question.

Returns & Replacements
• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
